Abstract

SYNOPSIS:

Aβ 42, measured in cerebrospinal fluid, may help determine whether patients have normal or increased cortical Aβ deposition. Additionally, abnormal PET 18F-flutemetamol retention levels correlate with disease stage in patients with mild cognitive symptoms.
