Abstract

A venous ulcer typically is found on the lower lag or ankle.These ulcers are shallow, irregular, “beefy” red. Hid granular and often have co-pious exudate. Venous ulcers are usually painless, but if superficial nerves are axposed, the patient may feel stinging or aching.
