There has been a substantial increase over last few decades in rates of cesarean section (CS) worldwide. Increasing CS rates have heightened awareness of gynecological symptoms after a CS, such as postmenstrual spotting, dysmenorrhea, chronic pelvic pain, and dyspareunia.
