Abstract

Chronic recurrent multifocal osteomyelitis is a relatively uncommon inflammatory disease which if often difficult to diagnose. This report describes the case of a 14-year-old girl and her journey in reaching a diagnosis. This is often a long process which involves many interventions. The report discusses the difficulties in diagnosis and potential guidelines for reaching a working diagnosis.
