Originally published in Contemporary Psychology: APA Review of Books, 1978, Vol 23(11), 970. Reviews the book, Anti-Oedipus: Capitalism and schizophrenia by Gilles Deleuze and Félix Guattari (1977). The author, in his introduction, describes this book as a book of ethics, the first to be written in France in a long time. He suggests that it is addressed to such questions as how one keeps from being Fascist and how we use politics as an intensifier of thought.
