A 73-year-old woman presented with a biopsy-proven, well-differentiated squamous cell carcinoma at the base of her left third finger. The tumor was cleared after one stage of Mohs micrographic surgery with a final 1.5 × 1.2 cm surgical defect extending onto the web space between the second and third digit (Figure 1).
