Dermoscopic Findings in Porocarcinoma
Porocarcinoma (PC) is a rare malignant tumor of the acrosyringium. PC is a potentially aggressive tumor and has been reported to cause regional and distant metastases in 20% and 12% of patients, respectively. Mortality surpasses 65% in patients with nodal metastases.1 Because of its rarity, dermoscopic features of PC have only been described in a paucity of reports and therefore require further characterization. Herein, the authors report a case of PC and its associated dermoscopic findings.
