IgG4-related sclerosing disease (IgG4-RSD) is a recently identified immune-mediated disease. When affecting the head and neck, it commonly involves the lacrimal glands, salivary glands, orbits, lymph nodes, pituitary stalk, and sinonasal cavity (1). We here report a case of IgG4-RSD involving middle ear, a really rare affected location, focusing on describing its radiologic presentations.
