Cellular angiofibroma is a rare benign mesenchymal tumor, occurring almost exclusively in the superficial soft tissues of the genital region. It is usually small and well circumscribed, in comparison with the more infiltrative and aggressive angiomyxoma of the vulva. We describe a case of a massive and infiltrative cellular angiofibroma. Patient has signed informed consent for publication of case.
