Discovering my nursing philosophy
AFTER YEARS OF practicing as an RN, I was eager to advance my nursing practice and chose to pursue a bachelor's degree in nursing. I approached my first class with anticipation. This article shares the valuable lessons I gained over the course of this writing experience, and aims to inspire other nurses to reflect on their own unique nursing philosophy.
