Because diseases of low- and high-risk human papillomavirus (HPV) genotypes have a common epidemiology, the presence of genital warts raises the possibility of exposure to high-risk HPV. We present a case where a focus of high-grade squamous intraepithelial lesion (HSIL) (vulvar intraepithelial neoplasia [VIN]) was found within a large vulvar condyloma. A written consent was obtained from the patient.
