Successful Treatment of Angiolymphoid Hyperplasia With Eosinophilia With Arterial Ligation and Pulsed Dye Laser

A 59-year-old woman presented to the authors' clinic with angiolymphoid hyperplasia with eosinophilia (ALHE) affecting her left forehead and temple. This disfiguring and symptomatic lesion was refractory to previous therapies. The authors report resolution of her symptoms and an excellent aesthetic result in this cosmetically sensitive area after ligation of the associated vasculature followed by pulsed dye laser therapy.
