Abstract

In this issue ofImmunity,Oh et al. (2017)provide insight into the molecular effects of glucocorticoid receptor (GR) activation at a clinically relevant time point, after an inflammatory stimulus. They report that GR activation causes a global reduction in NF-κB binding, as well as time-dependent transcriptional effects.
