The paramedian forehead flap (PFF) offers a robust, viable reconstruction option for repair of the distal nose. Despite their hardy and well-perfused pedicles, PFF's can have partial (or rarely) complete failure and require subsequent repair. Herein, the authors present a case of a partial PFF loss repaired through pedicle full-thickness skin graft (FTSG).
