A 39-year-old woman was receiving volume in her right-sided midface by an outside, experienced injector with a 20-mg/mL highly cross-linked hyaluronic acid filler near the infraorbital neurovascular bundle, reportedly lateral to midpupillary line, and began noticing visual changes in the ipsilateral eye that progressed toward full visual loss. She also noted some right eye pain, right-sided ear pain, headache, dizziness, and subjective left sided face and arm weakness.
