Riiskjær et al1 are to be congratulated for their study on quality of life and pelvic pain after surgery for rectosigmoid endometriosis. This study was conducted by a well-known and active Danish group in the field of endometriosis—well known for the number of patients they treated in their high-volume center, but particularly for the innovative nature of their thinking in this field. This team has just published a new scoring system for pelvic organ dysfunction and quality of life.
