THE PURPOSE OF THIS ARTICLE IS TO PRESENT A BASIC UNDERSTANDING OF THE TIRE FLIP EXERCISE TO PROVIDE A GENERAL RECOMMENDATION FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE TIRE FLIP EXERCISE INTO STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING PROGRAMS. FACTORS TO BE DISCUSSED INCLUDE EQUIPMENT AND FACILITIES, PROPER EXERCISE AND SPOTTING TECHNIQUES, AND THE IMPORTANCE OF ENSURING THAT THE TIRE FLIP AND OTHER STRONGMAN IMPLEMENTS FIT INTO THE GENERAL TRAINING PHILOSOPHY.
