ALTHOUGH IMPLEMENTS SUCH AS MACES AND CLUBS HAVE BEEN USED EXTENSIVELY THROUGHOUT THE HISTORY OF PHYSICAL CULTURE, THERE IS CURRENTLY NO RESEARCH ON THE BENEFITS OF THESE TOOLS. THIS ARTICLE CONNECTS CURRENT RESEARCH IN EXERCISES THAT HAVE BEEN USED SUCCESSFULLY TO REHABILITATE AND STRENGTHEN THE SHOULDER AND THE USE OF THE GADA, LIGHT CLUB, HEAVY CLUB, AND BULGARIAN BAG. BASIC MOVEMENTS USING THE GADA, LIGHT CLUB, HEAVY CLUB, AND BULGARIAN BAG WILL ALSO BE DEMONSTRATED.
