Abstract

Herpes zoster-related radiculopathy usually can be easily diagnosed in the presence of cutaneous lesions. Before development of the skin rash, the diagnosis may be in doubt, particularly if motor symptoms and signs are a mojor clinical feature. We report a patient with herpes zoster-related rediculopathy whose clinical features mimicked other spinal disorders.
