Abstract

THE TYPICAL textbook picture of the dermatologic manifestations of secondary syphilis is a wonder to behold, but is seldom seen. More and more “atypical” cases are recognized. Reinfection secondary syphilis is even more atypical. The following case history illustrates the manifestations of initial and reinfection secondary syphilis.
