This study aims to present a guidewire system that affords good precision to perform perforation of the tibial tunnel, easy use, greater safety and consequently lower risk of neurovascular lesions, and greater versatility, permitting introduction through the posteromedial portal, indicated mainly in situations where the anterior cruciate ligament is intact. The idea was to simplify the system, permitting an approach to the posterior portion of the tibia by posteromedial access, the latter mainly when intact and sometimes voluminous anterior cruciate ligament is present.
