Abstract

Intratendinous ganglia are relatively uncommon but can cause significant symptoms. We present the case of an intratendinous ganglion within peroneus tertius requiring surgical excision. We discuss the anatomy and function of peroneus tertius and the existing literature regarding intratendinous ganglion treatment.
