This article discusses the magnetic resonance imaging f MRJ) findings oftwo ofthc most common granulomatousdisordersaffecting the brain-sarcoidosis and tuberculosis. Many of the imaging features are similar for both disorders; and although the diagnosis may be suggested based on radiographic findings, it is ultimately a clinical one.
