This article discusses some of the basic principles in the use of yoga postures, meditation, and mindfulness in managing chronic pain in older adults. It focuses on one's relation with pain and how that relationship can be changed or supported by these practices. The article concludes with a list of resources and styles of yoga suitable for older adults in chronic pain.
